2. Apply for your license 申请执照：
Step 1: Go to Sircon.com (https://www.sircon.com/products/apply.jsp) 上 Sircon.com 网站
Step 2: New Insurance License and Resident + Individual
Step 3: Enter your email address and click on next.
Step 4: Enter your name and SSN. Choose the right state.
Step 5: Make sure you choose the exactly same license you have tested for: General Lines- Life, Health, (HMO) and Accidents. Answer questions about your employment history (at least 5 years without interruptions) and background questions. You'll need to enter a code on the finger printing receipt from the IdenToGo.

3. Become an agent of WFG Insurance Agency 成为WFG 旗下的保险经纪人
Log into your WFG Launch account (https://www.wfglaunch.com/)
(Optional) While you are waiting for the approval, you can also sign up for Debtmerica, and seek appointments with healthcare providers if you want to sell medical insurances (outside business):
Debtmerica referral program allows WFG associates who don't have a license to start make money immediately. Simply go to the debtmerica website, register, and pass on the prospect's contact information.

Log into your WFG Launch account (https://www.wfglaunch.com/)
- On the left panel, select "Licensing"
- Choose the tab "Agent Agreement" on the upright corner area
- (If you have problem opening the agreement document, try another web browser.)
- Sign the agent agreement, pay $40 and wait the approval by WFG home office and your SMD.
- After you are approved, make an account and log into mywfg.com to complete the remaining procedures.

4. Finish the required continuing education courses (完成继续教育课程）
Before you can get appointed with carriers, you need to complete some continuing education. WFG requires you to have anti-money laundering and Long-term care insurance training, while Nationwide requires you to do company-specific training. The state also requires you to have certain CE credits for license renewal. When we pick up the CE courses, we try to fulfill all these requirements.

WFG requirements: （Urgent !） 在跟公司签约前必须完成
- Anti-money Laundering Training for Insurance Professionals (2 credit hours)
- Long-term Care and Partnership Policies: initial course, 8 credit hours.
- Nationwide AML training
Enter nationwide as the Access Code.
Steps to complete required training:
- MyWFG.com -> Menu -> Licensing-> Continuing Education
- Scroll down and click on the Kaplan button
- Buy the Total Access Library Continuing Education Package, $29.95

State Requirements for license renewal: (This is not urgent, as you have two years to complete the CE to renew license).
You need to complete all the following requirements in 2 years. 不用着急做完所有的CE，两年内完成即可
•24 CE credit hours in two years
•3 hours of ethics
•At least 12 hours have to be classroom or classroom-equivalency
5. Get appointed with providers 跟保险公司签约
- Login to mywfg.com ‐> Menu ‐> Licensing & Appointment ‐> Appointments ‐> Carrier Appointments
- Get electronic appointments for Transamerica Insurance Co., Pacific Life online.
- Life & Disability, Long-term Care and companies
- Nationwide: Finish the 3 Nationwide training courses. See instructions and link above under section 1.2)
- When you are done with the 3 required training, print/save the certificates and return to MyWFG.com to make appointment.
- ·Fax in all completed paperwork for each company, include insurance license, AML, LTC Annuity certificates to 678‐966‐6100 for all other providers.
- You can also email your and licenses and certificates to wfglicenseapps@transamerica.com
6. E&O and platform affiliation fees 买职业保险、付平台费
To get appointed, you are required to carry on a professional liability insurance Error and Omission (E & O) $130/quarter or $520/yr.
Also you need to pay a $15/month platform fee. The total yearly fees for associates TA to MD are $700.

7. Set up direct paycheck deposit 把佣金直接存入银行
WFG will charge $5 for each paper paycheck they send to you. Therefore, set up direct deposit now even you have made a sale yet.
8. Annuity Sales 年金销售
Unlike life insurance sales, we can't directly submit applications to the annuity companies.
Instead, we conduct all our annuity businesses through AMS.
