Team Solutions Agent Incentive Programs
TS 团队奖励计划
To help our team members, especially newer team members to get started in the business, Team Solutions leaders have decided to provide two incentive programs. These two award programs are effective immediately.
New Agent Award Program:
You'll earn a $300 cash award if you generate at least $3000 production points within 3 months after getting your life and health license.
This cash award will be provided by your direct SMD.
3-3-30 Award Program:
Any associates can participate in this program.
If you have 3 personal sales and 3 new team members in any 30 rolling 30 days period, AND your production points are at least $5000, you'll earn $500 cash award from your direct upline SMD.
If a new agent qualified for both awards, the new agent will receive a $500 cash award.
All the production points and recruits must be shown in the WFG system.

为了减轻我们团队的队友，尤其是新队员在WFG起步阶段的负担，团队长们开会讨论之后决定从即日起实施两项奖励计划：
（1）新经纪人奖励计划：
任何新经纪人如果在获取执照三个月内完成至少 $3000 点个人销售业绩， 上级 SMD 将奖励给你 $300 奖金。
（2）3-3-30 奖励计划:
任何级别的 Team Solutions 队友均可参与本项奖励计划。
如果你在任何一个滚动的30天内完成 3个个人销售， 3个直接招募， 并且你的销售业绩超过 $5000点， 你的上级 SMD 将会奖励给你 $500 奖金。

如果一位新队友同时符合两项奖励，你将获得 $500 奖金。两项奖励不叠加。
所有的业绩和招募记录均以公司系统显示为准。
